Roasted Pumpkin seeds
Here is the healthy snack recipe,
Pumpkin seeds, washed and dried
Spice it up according to your preference
Salt, pepper, oil, chilli powder coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, mix everything and put them onto a baking plate or tray. Bake for 10 minutes or more until you get the popping sound. Let the seeds crackle. If you break the seed it will light brown inside, thats when you know it's done.
Offer to Lord Krishna! Store them up, it won't stay longer🙂
Note: You can use the seeds of melons too. Collect the seeds from melons pumpkin etc and wash and dry. Stock these seeds. Once you a get batch of seeds. Roast and serve.
