Dates ladoo recipe

Dates soft mushy variety 1 kg
Chopped nuts 1/2 kg
Raisins 100 gms
Ghee a few tbsp

Clean and deseed the dates.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the nuts fry them and take out to a plate

Saute the dates in the remaining ghee, until it forms a solid mass.

Fold in the nuts, raisins. Let it cool enough to handle the mixture.

Make into balls according to desired size.

Yield: 25 laddos per kg of dates
